I'm just curious if any of y'all flying corporate/fractional/charter have felt the effects of the weakening economy? I always hear how the corporate flight department is the first group that gets "let go". Are you seeing that right now, or hearing about it?

| Not really. Corporate departments will begin to cut back and probably sell their aircraft. They will most likely purchase a fractional share of a similar aircraft to avoid going back to airline travel. In a sense, fractionals tend to grow in a down market. Borderline aircraft owners cannot afford full ownership so they buy a share of a similar plane so they can continue the lifestyle they enjoy.

It has actually boosted my amount of flying. The boss has less to do in the office, so that means more time to travel. Now taking a few days or even a week off work is no big deal. This time last year he couldn't leave the office for more than two days. Things are looking very bad for the next few months, and with the price of Jet-A, I am sure we will start to feel the squeeze eventually. Hopefully business picks back up before the squeeze is too great. Alex.
