Default XO JET

Anyone know people at XO Jet?

I'm really interested in working for this company and would like to talk with someone "in the know."
Thanks

From what I have seen on the outside, looks to be a great place. Schedules are a bit rigorous though, something like either 15 on 7 off or 9 on 5 off. They also seem to be expanding very rapidly with purchases of more Citation Xs and Challenger 300s. Also new maintenance facilities are opening to handle the fleet expansion. I believe there may be someone on here that knows a lot more.

It is also worth mentioning that a bias is carried against 121 guys and gals, apparently at the companies beginings, some airline pilots came on, didnt like it and left in a few months making managment not happy.

It's a very good company from the pilots I've talked to. 15/13 or 8/6 schedule, they fly a lot. Right now they only have X's, but they have over a billion dollars of planes on order, half Xs half Challenger 300s. The pay is excellent, on par with Netjets. They have over 1500 resumes on file, they'll have mine as soon as I graduate! The highering will be a little slow until the 300s start to arrive.

Alex.
