Pending a vote near Thanksgiving..... The first of the documents tonight, show First Year FOs will be on the North side of $56K (up to $69K depending on schedule). Everyone else will see 10-15% across the board. (In addition to the 45-60% from 2005) |

| Old Skool | To qualify as a NetJets Aviation (Citation, Hawker, Falcon, Gulfstream 200, Boeing aircraft) pilot candidate you must have the following prerequisites:

Great news! Netjets has been number 1 on my list since I got my Instrument ticket. Can't wait to apply in the not too distant future. I need to start picking up more open time!

Good to hear. Good luck with the vote. With all of those bases, one would be hard pressed to not find a favorable place to live. Ahh yes...........my "dream" aviation job (and a whole lot of other people's as well)!

After further reading, it will be a bitter/sweet pill if it passes. Post ratification (2005) pilots will get 100 bases and higher pay. Senior pilots get some (arguably) better seniority driven scheduling rights. All pilots will get longevity based raises instead of the PBW (pay by weight) system. However.... If we incorporate NJI, the company can extend the contract until 2016 (bad). Retiree medical gets axed. All pilots forced to use company credit card (possible big losses for card points people) Sick time will be severely regulated compared to now. The next 30 days before the vote will take a lot of digesting. I'll let you know more when my head stops spinning/hurting. This may be a very close vote. |

The company card issue sucks, no arguing that, but you will accumulate points on the company card to use for airline tickets, etc. Not as good as the deal I've got going now, but not enough to sink the deal. As NJAcapt mentioned before, the real issues are the length of the contract and the termination of retiree health care benefits. I think that the retiree health care was going to be eventually eliminated, but I didn't expect it this soon. Another negative is a pay cap at year 15 for the senior guys. Lots going on with this new TA. I read it over last week, and am now re-reading it to make sure I fully understanding what I am voting on. A contract that lasts for 9 years is a loooooong contract. Well, I took a quick look at the legacy payscales on airlinepilotcentral and it seems that most payscales stop at year 12 with no year over year increases beyond that. If this new TA passes, year 14 base pay will be 136k for the 7&7 schedule, and up to 166k on the reserve schedule. I guess maybe our 14 year scale isn't so bad after all. Regards, Nightcargo |

![]() With so much debating going on over on our union message board, I was honestly curious about the payscales for other airlines. I knew they topped off somewhere, but I wasn't exactly sure at what year it occured. | |
