5 hour sit

I have a 5 hour sit tomorrow in St. Thomas - anyone been there and have any suggestions what to check out?

Back from trip. Ended up with virtually no sit in TIST

because they threw in some MYNN stuff. Oh well, next time. Ended up doing this today. FXE - MYNN - TIST - MYNN - FXE Nice trip if you like alot of ocean and seeing a bunch of little islands from 8 miles up. MYNN (Nassau) was its usual cluster*&^%$#, some things never change. I like how Nassau play's favoritism to their locals flying around. We get this from tower: "Challenger XYZ hold short runway 14, Piper Aztec on a 10 mile final". Not kidding. We litterally could have taken off and been climbing through 350 by the time this guy touched down. Oh well - it's the Bahamas.

Would love to have any of my fellow JC'rs "stow away" for the ride. Thanks for the heads up on the undersea observatory - I'll definately check it out when I have some down time out there.

Beautiful approach into the airport. Half the runway is on an isthmus sticking out into the bay with the high hills running the entire length along the north side and sweeping around to the east. Had to turn off the TAWS - it wasn't real happy.

I'm your friendly neighbor to the north - Pompano. I go in and out of FXE all the time though. Do you mind me asking who you fly for? If you want to keep it to yourself I totally understand.
