Aircraft management companies

I was wondering how many of you all work for aircraft management companies, or fly brokered aircraft for charter? How is the pay typically for a job like this? (where part of the flying is part 135 charter and part is 91 corporate) Im interested in learning more about these types of operations as I see it as a good way to network into a corporate gig... I have been offered a position to fly charter in a single engine aircraft with lots of potential for advancement with a company that has been in the aircraft management business for over 10 years and has been chartering aircraft for much longer.
