Default Best Catering

So who do you think has the best catering?

I personally like Flower in Salina...and it's not because I worked there. All homemade food and it's great.

The best catering is when pax special-order bottles of booze and then don't touch them during the flight...and leave them on the plane at the end of the trip.

The "forgotten" bottle is the best. I picked up a nice Italian Pinot Grigio this week. As a matter of fact I think I might go pop the cork on that right now.

Stevie's without a doubt. Rudy's is highly over rated and overpriced. Topflight is hit and miss.

I have heard that Tastefully Yours in ATL is awesome to order from.

I have been through their facilities, VERY CLEAN and super nice people that work there.(NBAA Cater Mentoring Program)

I have eaten a catered lunch from there only once, and it was good.

Well I used to work for CorporateAir Services (no, that's not a typo ) and I feel that their catering and service is excellent. It's a growing company, and serves the airports from HPN to TTN and from MMU to HTO in the NY area. Most clients I've taken orders from have said that they've had it with Rudy's and were pleased with the service. You can check it out on www.corporateairservices.com.

Ladies and gentlemen, I must apologize. After doing some research, I found out that Air Chef purchased CorporateAir Services last year. I had no idea!! They were Rudy's nemesis in the NY/NJ area. Now with the acquisition, Rudy's is in even more hot water IMO.

Here's the press release: http://www.airchef.com/CAS_PressRele...9_05_FINAL.pdf

Tastefully yours is pretty good.

If ever in AGS at the FBO the homemade lemonade and cookies are awesome. At least they were the few times I passed thru there

Stevies has always been pretty good. Although, there's one over here at KLGB that's called Mireille's Inflight Catering which has some of the best catering I've ever had... Try the Breakfast Burrito... Wow.

Well the very best is when the FA prepares the meal on board. That is if they are also a chef ;-).

Unless the FA is a really bad chef... that wouldn't be so great... then you're stuck eating it because they'd feel bad if you didn't...
