Corporate/Charter Pilot Pay Rates

I'm looking for corporate/135 pilot pay schales (both salaried and contract). Specifically I'm looking for Lear 60 information...I'm trying to help out a friend who might be in a position to get a job on one.

Does NBAA publish something like this?

NBAA has it, but I am not a member. I have a two year old NBAA directory, I'll look through it and see if I can find any salary stuff. Professional Pilot magazine also publishes an annual salary survey if you can find a copy anywhere.
