Default Recurrent

I thought this was interesting! It might not be all that interesting to some of you, but I learned something new today!

Wasn't sure which forum I should put it in, but Checkride Central seemed like a good choice.

I'm flying out this afternoon for a five day recurrent.

Kind of a pain flying two different aircraft. I get recurrent every six months now, alternating.

SimuFlite in Dallas. Citation Bravo this go-around, then Lear 45 in six months on the Bombardier side of SimuFlite building.

Yeah, I know. Sorry! I thought about it a couple of times, but it never quite worked out. We had four guys in town (two of us on Citation recurrent and two doing Lear initals) and it seemed like something was going on every day.

Not a valid excuse, just an explanation. Next time I'll let you know before I come in town. For sure!

LOL! No worries...

Training comes first... it's not always fun travelling halfway across the country for mandatory training.
