Since it’s a bit quite in here I thought I would add my .02 on this. Having your paperwork put together for the examiner when he arrives is one of the best ways to start off a successful checkride. Not only having the basics done and ready, but to have “all of the above” neatly laid out in a user friendly format, everything from the 8710 to the W&B/performance. When the checkride starts and you hand over your folder to the examiner with this put together, he can quickly get done what he needs to and move on to the next thing (barraging you with questions in the oral Even as a CFI helping your students do this prior to an exam will boost their confidence out of the gates, nothing is worse than starting a checkride with bad or unorganized paperwork. So for that next checkride, be sure to double check everything is in good order.
