Default 100hrs with MEI

Hello,

My name is Mark and I am twenty-three years old. At this point in time I still live in my native city of Los Angeles, CA. Currently I hold FAA Commercial ASEL&AMEL-Instrument. In addition too this am also a CFI - SE. My log-book shows 1,055 hrs TT. Thought my MEL-PIC time is very low. This is one reason why I am coming to FL (KFPR) place called Ari-Ben Aviator and go through a 100hrs +MEI Program 3 weeks max and hope for less. I don't know which DPE there I'll be hooked up with. However am appreciative if any MEI's out there can help me out! Will be flying a BE-76 Twin Duchess 180hp. Mark (jet.pilot@verizon.net) ANY MEI's out there I have lesson plans and need feed-back ASAP.............I leave for the FL. program on Tuesday Feb. 28!

Why are you getting your MEI if you are doing 100 hours of time building?

probably the same reason I am. Ari ben requires a 300$ "checkout" when you get that over and above the 100 hour cost. Dual for an MEI is only 500$(200 more than a plain checkout). It makes sense, and will be nice to have when you find yourself out of work at some point in the career.
