Does anyone have anything good or bad to say about Richmor? I was contemplating doing training there but they don't even offer multi rating.

It's been several years since i've taken a lesson there, but overall it's okay. Gotta watch the Progress Check Flights, when i was there I did several of those, and all it seemed to be was just a reason for another instructor to bill hours. If you have all the money up front, i'd suggest them, but you'd need to fly at least twice a week to finish on budget. If you're going to do it piecemeal, then i'd suggest going with a long term instructor. They've got a few younger CFI's there, and i wouldn't count on them to be around for very long. Are you going for your PPL or advanced ratings? There's a smaller school located on KALB. They're called ProAir. Last i saw they obtained an apache for multi rides, but i'm not totally sure. You can find them here: http://www.proaironline.com/ Hope this helps, Cerelis |

I did, at least I started there. Was okay but I thought on the pricey side. PM me if you have specific questions.
