I don't have any information on Vegas area FBOs. If you want information about ALL ATPS there's a forum here dedicated to them with a lot of information.

Stay away from ATP in Las Vegas AT ALL COSTS ! I speak from experience here....the Chief Pilot (we called him Blueboob) is/was a condescending egoist who really doesn't know anything about aviation except the ATP way.

I was in a CFI class there and he basically told us if we weren't ATP we didn't know anything......only thing is the three of us that weren't ATP students already had ATP ratings and averaged about 3500hrs TT and lots of that being jet time.....(1 military and 2 of us fly left seat for Part 121 ops.) His teaching and facts were wrong on several occassions and he got mad when we corrected him, and he threatened to kick us out if we didn't stop making him "look bad infront of his ATP students..." Don't expect any help or anything from the ATP people in Jacksonville, they are only concerned about the bottom line.....

I checked out that link. I was curious if the Aviation Career Program they offer at the local Com College here in Vegas is a good start?

I beg to differ. Frank Varsolona (blue boob) was a great instructor. He was weird and had a crazy sense of humor, but he knew his stuff. As far as the other schools, I worked at West Air Aviation (First Flight's rival). I think all schools in vegas are only concerned about the money. The owner of First Flight AND the owner of West Air were both sleeze balls...

My instructor is Sandra Kingma. Anyone know her. She flew for Grand Canyon.
