Is it true that a combination of a BGI and an IGI is the equivalent of an AGI...if so, where can I find this information...and on a resume would it be wise to list all three or just AGI? Any help thaaaanks |

It used to be that AGI was a combination of all of them. Now AGI can't sign off instrument students. So now you need both a AGI and a IGI.

And as I found out the hard way, the FAA won't put all 3 on your ground instructor certificate. So don't waste the $90 or $100 on the BGI, just get IGI and AGI.

Damnit.... This thread got me thinking, I have a meeting next week that some Feds are going to be there and they said they could do my renewal and Gold seal... But I just looked and my AGI written expired in October.

Speaking of that I need to get to the FSDO and put my IGI on my AGI
