Default Thin grey line on a low altitude IFR chart....

I found a thin grey line with some labeling on the low alt IFR Jepp chart the other day and was wondering what it is?

The line itself is off the coastline, just before the ADIZ barrier.

Any ideas??????????????????????

I don't have Jepp charts, but the NACOs have a thin brown line in the location you describe. I'd guess it's the boundary of the US coastal water.
