Is all that is required is to take the FOI written, and each of these two's respectable writtens? Go to the FSDO, and say "Where it at1??!!!!?" (  added).

Take the writtens, then take your results to the FSDO and you will get a temporary cert. In a few weeks, you will receive your real cert in the mail and now you can teach groundschool!!
