Hello All, I havent seen any post yet regarding NAFI . For those who choose CFI as a career whats the general opinion of this organization? Has anyone benefited from learning from a designated 'Master Instructor' vs 'Joe Shmoe Time Builder' Feedback is appreciated. ![]()

My primary instructor was a master instructor, although he didn't get the designation until after I had already passed. That's about all I can tell you about it.

The best benifit is the insurance you can get through Falcon if you're a part of NAFI. It's far superior to AOPA's insurance. Their magazine isn't bad either.

I get $1 mil total, $100k per passenger. $650/yr through Falcon. The prices are the same with AOPA, but Falcon is far superior in coverage.
