Default Interview Pointers

Got an interview coming up for a job i really want. Im not really sure how to prepare, the school is 141 and 61, and does a pretty extensive amount of training. This will be my first interveiw as a CFII/MEI, im a little nervous about it, any tips you guys can give me will be appreciated!

Start with the mindset of: "What if the difference betweet a pilot and a Flight Instructor." Know systems on most recent aircraft that you logged PIC time. Know your strenghts and weaknesses, what you can bring to the school. Be yourself and make eye contact.
