| Question: I have a guy who has his private license, but hasn't flown in nearly 20 years and wants to get current. Obviously he realizes quite a bit has changed in aviation over the past two decades and that his flying skills need some work before doing a bfr. My question is can he log pic time during his training before his bfr? thanks |

| He can log PIC because he is a private pilot and rated in cat/class., but he could not act as PIC since he is not current. |
