How to compare between schools ?

Hi All ,

I am Looking for pilot school here in southern california , nut i don't know which school is the best and also i don't know how to compare between schools ?

Also i heared that if i want to be commercial pilot i have to have degree for 4 years . is this true ?

also if any one know is it easy to get a loan for $50k or not ?

also can any one help me to know what i need to do to be commercial pilot for overseas ?

also is it easy now to get hired if i am egyptian with us citizens ?
