Default Question regarding the program

Hello,
I'm currently working on my private license at my local FBO. I thought about doing my private at an accelerated program over the winter break, but then it never worked out as I started my planning too late. I was going to complete all of my trainings at local FBO, but with all the distractions that I get from staying home my training progress is slower than I have expected. Also, my personal effort toward the flight training is becoming less and less by everyday. So, my plan is to complete my PVT by early May at the latest, and do career pilot training at an accelerated school once my summer break starts which is May 22nd. The program I'm interested in is either "Accelerated Career Pilot Program" or "Career Pilot Lite Program" I would love to do the accelerated career pilot program course, but I wouldn't be able to allow myself to have 4 months off since my summer break is only 3 months. I saw that "careers pilot lite program" is only 3 months so I'm leaning more toward that program. My question is are most of the students complete the training in 4 months for accelerated and 3 months for the lite program. I don't want to take a year off of my school, so 3 months is going to be the max amount of time that I can put into. I'm dedicated and hard working student; however I learn at slower pace. It takes some time for me to fully grasp new materials, but once I get it I progress really fast. Also, my instructor told me that retaining informations from previous lessons are not a problem for me.
I'm thinking about doing an accelerated program as oppose to doing lessons at my local FBO because I strive for more structured and intense program. I only heard good things about CPS's training and how you guys really care about your students rather than just get them through the ratings.
Thank you so much in advance and have a wonderful day,

Jae,

Jae,

The time listed for each program is what it should be done in... however each student controls that to some extint. You might pick up stuff really fast and do your writtens quickly and shorten it alittle, or you could be the type to struggle alittle and might cause it to run over alittle.

We strive to get everyone done and with a good knowledge base of what they are doing, in the time listed for the program.

I'm sorry no one answered you sooner, and Im just kinda writting to get you an answer, but Mike will be along shortly to fully answer your questions. Or you can give us a call at 1-877-flying-0 or email us off our web site.

Adam

Jae:

Adam summed it up nicely. One thing we could do is have you do a more self-paced program (but include housing). Whatever you get done in 3 months you get done, but then you could come back at no charge to finish up.
