Default 35 signed up so far....

and I've got to admit that having 35 reserved already by June is really AWESOME! I think we're going to end up having a higher turnout this year than last year and we had what? 60 confirmed at the event last year?!!

I think with it being held in a suite vs a meeting space, it's going to be even more "mingly" and more fun!!

The question is - what do you guys expect to gain from this besides a big hangover & fat pockets from winning at the tables?

figured i'd check to make sure that we can supply what everyone is looking to achieve at the outing.

While I am not in a position to be hired as a pilot, someday soon I will. I'd have to just go with the whole Networking contacts. I spoke with several people last year and have no doubt in my mind that if I end up in their part of the country we'd be able to get together and keep in touch. Then when the time comes for me to start applying for flying jobs, the contacts will pay off.

Even if I never do make it to flying for a living, overall JetCareers member's are a great group of people. I think when you put such a group of people together, only good things can come from it.

[/ QUOTE ]I ended up with both - of course, neither is guaranteed and i'd be more than happy to skip the first portion and end up leaving with fat pockets!

in order to accomplish that task, we'll have to sponsor a NJC2005 craps table again this year!

Well it will be 37 when I find out dates. Have you and Doug been able to get a hotel discounts for the event like last year? So we can all stay in the same hotel instead of being scattered around the strip?

I had a poll up seeing where people are staying. I may look at the Suites from last year, not too expensive and close to the MGM.

I should be back about 1 week prior. I signed up anyways, but don't anticipate there being a problem.

I'm signed up as a maybe right now. Too many variables between now and then for me to give a definate "yes." I'm not giving up and giving a definate "no," yet though.
