Default 8710 question

On the application, do my weight and height need to match my medical? I've lost 10 pounds since I got my medical back in '08.

Edit: I don't know if this was moved into here or if I posted it here accidentally, but my question was about the certificate application (for the PPL), not about a medical application. I just wanted to know if they had to match or if the current stats were better to put into IACRA.
