Right side abdomen pain

Hey Doc,

I noticed a bruise on the right side of my stomach a week or so ago. Not sure where it came from. It has returned to normal for the most part color wise, a little yellow, but the big concern I am having is with an intense pain in the area I get when I do something out of the ordinary like jog, move fast, etc. There is also what feels like a bump underneath my skin in the area. Any ideas?
