Default Diovan - Hypertension

Doc,

I have taken Diovan for approximately a year for hypertension. I initially went in because I was concerned over a supermarket blood pressure test, and my family has a history of high blood pressure. I am in good health otherwise and the reason the Dr. prescribed Diovan and didn't have me try making anylifestyle changes was because there weren't any lifestyle changes he could see me making that would improve my bp. I am applying to be an ATC and was wondering if low dosages of Diovan would affect the process in anyway?

Thanks bunches!

Default Re: Diovan - Hypertension

I believe any medication for blood pressure is DQ on the initial ATC medical.
