|  Facility Transfer
From what I understand, transfers for OTS applicants are possible if they are conducted and approved before both applicants OKC start date.
I am looking to transfer from ZJX (Jacksonville Center) to either ZFW (Fort Worth Center) or Houston Center. If anyone would possibly be interested in this, please send an email to prsuta98@yahoo.com
My tentative start date at the acadamy is not until July 8th.

I am interviewing for Cleveland Center. I would really like to stay in or around Detroit, Michigan. Lansing and Grand Rapids would be OK also. Anyone heading to a Michigan facility that would might be interested in a swap? Please contact me to discuss (private message or post)?

Thank you! | MI doesn't have any ARTCCs...so you're asking someone to switch from tower to en route in case you didn't know. Not sure if the FAA cares about that or not. | |

Yep, I live in Charlotte, NC, attended the Fort Worth PEPC on April 29 for the Cleveland OH Center (ZOB) and received my tentative offer.
Today (5/12), I get an email informing me that I can switch my TOL to reflect Charlotte, NC (CLT).

Back in 2007, I applied OTS for Kansas and Washington, thats what they were offereing. I'm called for interview for Kansas City center and will be attending the PEPC in Chicago on 5/19 but would love to change the facility to Florida area. Any clue to get it changed or any swaps available out there? | |

All of the transfers you're hearing about apply to individuals who have multiple referrals out. For example, if both Kansas and WA are your current referrals and they've both gone to panel, its possible you may receive the option for WA but the consideration for switching facilities only applies to states you've applied for, unless you ask for a transfer within the same state.
