Snowballs chance in hell???

I just received my interview email. After reviewing some of the timelines, I'm still pretty sure that it is too late. My B'day is on Jan. 14. Does anyone know if the hiring committee actually pays attention to this? Do they realize how close they're cutting it? Or, am I just another paper in the pile?

Yes, they do pay attention.

So long as you are HIRED, prior to your 31st - you're GTG.

Best get cracking though.
