I just took the AT-SAT along with a friend. I passed with flying colors, but my friend missed a passing grade by just 2%. Normally I'd just buy her a beer and encourage her to retake it next year, but there might be special circumstances in this instance. I took it on a different day, but when she took it she told me that one of the proctors was talking pretty distractingly on his cell-phone for a moderate portion of the test. I assume that's against the rules, since everyone is supposed to get the same non-distracting environment to take it in. We would like to try to get the score voided so she can retake it before the mandatory one year wait. Before we just start beating the bushes in Oklahoma, does anyone here have any experience with situations like this? I figure our chances are not great, but there's at least a possibility. Also does anyone know any good contact person we should get in touch with to start this off?

Did she ask the proctor to get off the phone and be quiet? Get his/her name?

Did she know anyone else who took the test at the same time she did ? Someone that could corroborate her story ? Also the name of the proctor, any other details. You would then have to contact OKC would be my guess.
