| Please please follow this advice: if you inadvertantly bust airspace, don't admit it on any frequency...they're recorded! I just had a guy bust our Class D before he talked to me in approach and when I advised him of his bust he acknowledged it and said it wouldn't happen again. A simple "roger" would do...it doesn't put blame. Dealing w/ the FAA/paperwork/tape transcripts aren't fun. Had to vent and hopefully help save everyone from a mistake. It really sucks when I have to do that ![]()

| further, if you do inadvertently bust airspace, be sure to comply with far 91.25. fill out you nasa form and 'self-report' to avoid enforcement action. you may or may not be contacted by a safety inspector to discuss the disclosure, but it will be done without the shadow of enforcement action looming. exceptions are accidents and criminal offenses.
