| Wow, I dont think i answered one question after the letter factory right at all, every time I felt like the questions were coming up I made sure I took a good look at everything and still had no clue. I felt like the sim portion went from really easy and fun to planes crashing all over... I dont feel like I passed, not even close! I spent some time talking to one of the test procotors about starting the career, didnt really give me much confindence even if I passed. |

| I'm SURE you did fine. I don't know one person who walked outta there with a 'good' feeling like they dominated that test. But, the worst score I heard was an 81% -- I think you'll be suprised by the outcome. Yeah, I crashed my share of planes. I also guessed on the majority of those questions - as it sounds you did. When I was at the academy in OKC they have you RETAKE the AT-SAT for 'research' purposes. Guess what, they give you the score immediately! Yeah, those proctors had the scores too (although they don't tell you that - least that's what our proctor said when at OKC). She also said the math and experience survey are weighed quite heaviliy. 93% on first test - 97% at OKC. Enroute trainig is loaaaaads of fun... and this is the typical feeling on PV day Take a deep breath - you'll get your results and be pleasently suprised. Then comes the tough part...how badly do you want this job? |

| Yea, I had a feeling that my proctor was writting scores down after each section... Now comes the waiting on the score to decide... is this something I want to pursue, or will be able to pursue! |

| Well the test, as soon as you're done with the last section, automatically calculates your score. The fact that you have to wait 7-10 days for the results is simply standard operating procedure for the good ol' FAA. It doesn't make sense, but neither does the VAST majority of their decisions. |

| Just like everyone else, I thought I had failed miserably too. I thought I had no shot at all. I wound up getting a "Well Qualified" score and interview next week for ZID.

| I just took my test today and I don't think I did too well either. Math is not my strongest subject so I struggled on that section the most. The Scenarios wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Although I did crash like 2 or 3 planes. The person giving the test said that one lady crashed like 10 planes but she still ended up getting a 97% in the end. So I guess the Scenarios section doesn't count that much towards your total score. I'm thinking the Math section probably is worth the most points. But overall, I too walked out of the room not feeling that confident about how I did on the test. I guess all I can do is wait and hope for the best . Congrats to all who passed and Good Luck to those who are taking the test soon![]() |

| Newbie | I also just took mine on 9/17. I felt horrible afterwards. I wasn't worried going in, I flew threw the test in about 3.5 hours or so with a lunch break, and then sat back afterwards and wondered why that didn't seem so bad. I then started thinking that I must have really screwed things up if they give you 8 hours to deal with it. I also crashed 3 planes, but the proctor said that was below average and said that math was more important that a few lost planes. I really felt like my answers to the letter factory were like a game of eenie meenie minie mo. I did pass, well qualified and all. So check your scores often. Mine was posted on 9/19, just 2 days later. I haven't heard of a person who didn't come out of there at least questioning themselves on passing or failing. |
