Detailed Pay Expectations?

For those in the know, could anyone explain the pay rate from hire, training, and initial assignment, as well as the different levels of promotion.

Also, what exactly are "Level X" facilities? I know it's got something to do with volume, but that's all I can figure.

I'm looking to project what my income would be during each stage of employment. With/without locality, as long as I know where to get the locality pay rates.

I don't have it anymore, but NATCA use to have an excel spreadsheet that detailed payrate(s) for every facility out there.

Maybe one of the non-associate member NATCA members will post the link.
