Default I tip my hat...

to the Potomac Tracon and Dulles Tower staff today around 2pm-- I was flying a very quick low level photo mission about 2 miles north of 19L @ IAD They accomodated my little 172 while handling an emergency landing AND a boatload of landing traffic ON 19L. I don't know how to say thank you formally, but it was and has always been a pleasure to fly within the DC airspace. These guys are as good as any.

Thanks again.

I don't know-- I actually was so busy ducking and dodging traffic I didn't get the callsigns, but it sounded like a medical emergency and there were two United airplanes transistioning in during all of it.

small world!

yea it was our flight....all it was was a guy that got sick from the food and was throwing up everywhere...nothing too serious but the FA's were flipping out as if the wing fell off.
