This morning I went to get my 3rd Class Medical. After I passed and got the certificate, I realized that the doctor had mispelt my address on the card. Will this be a problem in the future with the FAA? Should I call the doctor and have him change it? Thanks, Adam |

I would definately get this fixed right away. Return the certificate to the Doctor and have them issue you a new one. I'm sure there is some type of process for the change...but hey, the doctor's office made the mistake, let them fix it. A good reminder to double check all certificates that are issued before accepting/sending them. |

You could just register on the FAA's website and change your address yourself. That's what I did when I discovered that my student certificate didn't have my appartment number. Its instantly changed that way.

Thanks for the replies I really feel like the biggest moron in the world....The doctor handed me the paper and said "Everything look okay on there?" and of course I just said "Looks great!" like everything else without even thinking |
