Default First App for 3rd Class - Question About Murmur

For the first time, I am applying for a 3rd class medical certificate for hopefully a private pilot license. I am 32. 10 years ago, I had a doctor tell me I had a heart murmur. Long story short, after an EKG and Echo done, the cardiologist reviewing the results didn't even think I had a heart murmur and ruled it a "benign heart murmur" with no grading. I know I should still check the box g (heart/vascular trouble), but should I be scrambling to track down those old test results from the previous hospitals/clinics? Or should I be prepared to go through another round of tests, since it has been 10 years? I am in no rush, but I am concerned that a lack of documentation could hold up the certification for a long time. Thanks!

It is benign, don't worry about it. (Most AME's are older and can't hear anyway )

I had the same thing when I was in my teens which is normal for some in my demographic, but it generally disappears (as you've seen) after a couple years.
