Default new meds

Okay let me start out with a little history.
When I began flying 8yrs ago I had to get approval from the FAA for my 3rd class medical due to history of high blood pressure and medication I was taking to treat it.

3rys later when going in for renewal of 3rd class medical to the same AME as before I only had to submit 3 previous blood pressure readings and pass the other standard test to get it renewed on the spot.

6 years lapse no flying.

Now I am going in for a 1st class medical and wonder what I can expect since I am now not only on the blood pressure meds but also simvastatin for cholesterol. Will the disclosure of the simvastatin bring up an entirely new obstacle? I have my past three blood pressure readings from my primary physician what else might the AME want?
I understand there is an EKG required since I am 35 yrs old, is this a resting EGK?

Thanks,
Erick

For the blood pressure it is just like before. In box 17a just report the statin. The ECG is resting an dis transmitted digitally to the FAA.

I have another question...
I have gained some weight since my last medical 5 years ago.. Okay a lot of weight 40 lbs. This probably contributes to me needing to be on cholesterol meds.
I am wondering if the AME will require any other test be done or want to see medical records of blood work since I am overweight? Or will the blood pressure readings be all that is required?
