Is there anything a pilot can do to maintain the health of their eyes and vision?

Along those lines... Have you heard anything good about Ocular Nutrition It looks to be a natural remedy... so I guess I'm just wondering if the "natural" ingredients are actually decent. Bob

The real answer is PROTECT them. Wear sun glasses and if you wear clear lenses, be sure they have UV protection. If you are out in the wind, wear eye protection and use artificial tears to clean the dirt out after you get inside. Wear safety lenses when working with tools or shooting. When working at a computer, remember to blink every 5 seconds so they don't dry out.
