Default Re: Bariatric surgery

They would want to see all of the medical records and have a current status report from the treating physician. The problem with bariatric surgery is that it does not change your habits nor personality. Yesterday I saw a patient who had bariatric surgery and had regained all of her weight. The other thing is that many people are miserable for months after this type of surgery. Talk to a lot of people who have had it done to see how they did. REMEMBER, there is no easy way to lose weight.
