| I was recently diagnosed with mild Gastritis and prescribed Prevacid. I have since reduced my intake of caffeine, alcohol, and milk, the combination which I believe is the cause of my condition. My question is what are the ramifications on maintaining a 1st class medical. Thank you |

| It is best to speak with you AME about your condition and medication. That is your most reliable source of info about these types of things.

| Sorry for the delay. I just got home last night from a vacation. If your gastritis is controlled with medications and you have not been formally diagnosed with an ulcer, it is not a problem. Just report the medication and make a statement in Box 18 that you no longer have symptoms. |
