Default 1st Class Medical Cert

Well Doc, today was the day that the good man spoke. I, anavalairman2, have been deemed eligible to exercise my newly issued 1st class med cert! I got it in the mail today along with my letter of eligibility from OKC after a very long process. When I go to re-new my cert, is it going to go deferred again or what will be expected of me at that time?

so once my medical cert/status is up for a renewal the next time around, do I have to fill out every thing that I did in the beginning and explain it all again; or will it already be in the system so that the only thing I have to do is the physical exam? Thanks in advance.
