Default 20/20

When a flight surgeon does a test for 20/20 corrected what is the way they go about it? Would it be possible for my opthamologist to do the eye exams and bring the forms to the AME and have him issue a medical on the spot?

You can have the ophthalmologist complete a Form 8500-7 http://forms.faa.gov/forms/faa8500-7.pdf and take that to the Flight Surgeon. The Flight Surgeon will still do a physical examination, vital signs, etc.
