Default Number on Medical

I got my medical a couple of weeks ago, and I have an Interview on monday.I foun out about a week ago that the number that is supposed to be on the op right hand on the medical is missing. The number is on the carbon copy. I have been trying to contact the doctor for a week, but I can never get a hold of him. Should I just take a copy of the carbon copy, or the other one without the number to my interview?

I assume you are referring to the FF- number. This is only displayed on the student license/medical and is not on the white copy. You do not need it unless you are a student pilot.
