| Doctor! About a couple of weeks ago I was diagnose in China with slightly high blood pressure: 140/80 and slightly high glucose: 110. Next day they gave me another blood test followed by a sweet drink and two hours later another blood test. Chemist says I'm ok but Chinese surgeon doesn't. I come back home and get tested and guess what? Blood prssure 125 over 80 and Glucose 105. I'm going back to China in four months, I'm on a diet and will go back to my mountain bike in about a month. Can I lower both my blood pressure and glucose by diet/excercise? Any sugestions? Thanks, Doc. |

| Yes, diet and exercise are good for glucose and blood pressure. It may not cure all of it but when it is borderline like yours it will work. |
