Default Hysterectomy???

Is a hysterectomy a DQ surgery for a class 1 medical? And is there any medication(pain med's) not allowed to be taken ever?

1) The FAA does not care whether or not you have a uterus.

2) Pain medications on an ongoing basis (not just for the surgery) are a DQ. The exceptions might be ibuprofen, aspirin or Tylenol for mild discomfort. More information would help me answer this better.
