Default Regional Office Farnsworth

Hey doc. I scheduled a Farnsworth test at the ATL Regional Office for Nov 20. They didn't mention anything about the FAA 8500-7 form. Is this something I should bring with me, or since it is the Regional Office, they will have all the necessary paperwork? It's three hours away, and I would hate to show-up and have something go wrong. Thanks doc!

They will do all the necessary paperwork. If you pass, they will issue the Letter of Evidence since they are the FAA.

Good luck.

Alright, I'm able to find mock trial tests of the Psedo plates with the hidden numbers online, but is there such a trial test online that allows you to take a look at the farnsworth? So far I haven't found anything, but maybe someone knows of a website?

I have never seen one. Look at my website for a couple of photos.

Thank-you. Checked out the photos on your site. Appreciate it. I guess I'm just nervous about this test. I probably shouldn't be, but my human insticts make me that way. Mainly because this test is going to determine whether or not I pursue a career in aviation, or if I have to hang-up the coat early. 13 days and counting until I go take the farnsworth.

Hey doc, yes I apologize again for the multiple questions. I called the Regional Office to ask this question, but it takes them forever to get back to me, so I thought I would quickly as here and see what you had to say.

Before I go to this test, do they require a valid medical? My medical is expired, and I am going to the AME on the 26th, which is only 6 days after this test. You think this is an issue.

As always, I appreciate your time doc. Have a great day!

You just need a medical in the system I think. If they have no information on you, they have no where to file the documentation. If they ask, just tell them when the physical is scheduled.
