Default Exercising leading to coughing?

So lately when I've gone for runs, excess phlegm builds up in the "corner" of my throat (the super far back part of my mouth), and ultimately ends up with me coughing.

Am I going to die?

That's just standard "health" question final question... "So....am I going to die?"

Hey Chris

The phlegm is there in all people. When you run, you make it relatively thicker because you are force to breath through your mouth and the phlegm drie a little making it thicker. Try increasing the water intake before a run.
