Default Coast Guard medical question!

I was reading through some of the requirements for coast guard aviators and it mentions specifically no cavities. I assume this means that cavities in the past that have been filled are fine, but no current ones...is that correct? This also seems odd that i haven't heard a lot about this in other branches of the military, are these rules there and just not as public knowledge?

Most things the military does are not public knowledge

If the cavities are filled, it is OK to be on active duty.
