Default Post Nasal Drip help

I was wondering if you have any suggestions for post nasal drip and the vomiting. Every morning for the past few mornings I have had to vomit every morning, and it is just mucus. It leaves me feeling nauseas(sp?) and a loss of apetite till very late in the afternoon. Would going to bed on a full stomach help? What about eating something as soon as I wake up? I ate some Saltines this morning and didnt get sick, but I still had a loss of apetite. If this keeps up I am going get Freshmen 15 in the other direction.

I have had it on and off for a year or so. It picks up when I change climates.

Sounds like allergic rhinitis. Get a prescription from your doc for Flonase or similar steroid nasal spray. You could also try calritin (comes in a generic) that you can buy over the counter.

I do have a prescription for Flonase. I am still waiting on my doctor to phone in the prescription to the pharmacy down here. I didnt know if you had any tips for the sick feeling in the meantime.

Just the Claritin. You can even fly with it.
