Ive searched the FAA for a list of drugs that are ok and not ok I can't seem to find it is there a link somewhere. Im on a Rinocort and Augmentin right now but the sinus congestion isn't going away Thanks, Justin

The FAA does not publish a list of medicines that are approved for flying. A list was published by pilot medical solutions in conjunction with the FAA and it is thought that this paticular list is the most complete one out there. You can find the website link below. Avia8tor is correct. It is a combination of the underlying disease process, its severity and what the medication is. If you are on that combination of drugs and are still not better, you should not be flying. |
