Default Focus Factor!

I can tend to have a tinge of A.D.D I was dianosed in middle school. A very minor case, so no need for ritalin.

With training coming up soon I was wondering if taking it would help me focus better to in effect study better.

It claims that Focus Factor is:

FOCUS factor is a brain support supplement that contains a unique blend of vitamins, minerals, protective antioxidants, botanical extracts and omega-3 oils. It also doubles as a premium-quality multivitamin.

So doc, have you heard of Focus Factor, would you recommend it, and are there any possible side effects?

I am no Doc but the claims are probably just marketing backed up by shaky "medical studies".

Max

I looked at the ingredients and it should do no harm. If you want to part ways with the $56.63, send me a check and I will send you something that will do as much good (a bottle of Phoenix water).

Pseudo-disease.

You would probably get the same effect from two fish oil pills, a multivitamin with ginseng, and two 200mg caffeine tablets.

Max, you really need to read this:

http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2004/03/vitalbasics.htm

I remember when that crap was around $250/bottle. A co-worker of mine actually bought it. I showed her a bottle of my $6 store-bought multi-vitamins and they had essentially the same exact ingredients.

I hate seeing people get ripped off.

Thanks, I never knew how much it cost. I can be a night owl and often see the infomercials playing. Definately don't need V-Factor!
