Post 1st Class Medical

I'm going to be getting my 1st class medical and was wondering what to expect. I'm 27 in good health 20/20 vision. What exactly does the exam consist of compared to the 3rd class?

At your age the only extra exam items are in the vision portion of the exam. They are for phorias (are you cross eyed or not). The rest should be the same.
