|  Two things
Hey Doc, 1) Do I need to report I have a herniated disc when applying for a new medical? I've had since I was 17 (20 now), and no treatments have done anything. 2) Is there any OTC I can take to keep my eyes from swelling and throat from being irritated while around cats? Thanks!

1) Yes, you should report it but state you have no pain or weakness. 2) Claritin over the counter (get rid of the cats, first rule of treating allergies is to eliminate the source of the allergy  )
